Fitoplancton de la provincia oceánica del mar Caribe colombiano. Diez años de historia

El Instituto de Investigaciones Marinas y Costeras la Agencia Nacional Hidrocarburos Colombia han llevado a cabo investigaciones línea base ambiental en bloques exploración hidrocarburos aguas afuera del mar Caribe colombiano, entre los años 2008 2018. Estas generado información taxonómica ecológica fitoplancton marino, obtenida bajo diferentes métodos. objetivo presente trabajo fue unificar dicha información, certificando su veracidad. Para ello se organizaron matrices datos, depurando actualizando taxonomía, categorizándola al nivel taxonómico género, estandarizando abundancia. Aquí pone disposición una datos oceánico con 5720 registros, 2440 cuales adicionaron abundancias. En general, este conjunto recopila 8 proyectos, 14 cruceros, 12 exploración, 120 estaciones, 304 lotes muestras mixtas fitoplancton, donde registraron 135 géneros distribuidos 80 familias, 45 órdenes, 9 clases 7 fila. La abundancia estandarizó células por litro, obteniéndose un rango 9.6 7790.0 cél.L-1.
